Joe and Jim came to do a furnace replacement with a complete AC install.
They were professionals from start to finish and my main takeaway was how much they care about what they do. I can’t believe the amount of work that they did in two and a half days. Everything looks beautiful and is working great. They spent some time teaching me at the end as well and i can definitely say that i will be hiring them again for any HVAC need as well referring them to everyone i know. Very pleased.

Jim and his colleague was amazing Jim is very knowledgeable,
I was lucky they were having lunch nearby when Called they were here in 35min tops to fix our HVAC not heating, his colleague fixed a problem I did not even know it existed about the mechanism which disperses moisture, thus rectifying the dry air at home. I was impressed with their service, Jim in no time found the root cause, a new thermostat fixed the problem which was provided. Jim, was nice and professional I signed them up for a regular yearly inspection.

Jim, improved my boiler system when the previous owner put one in too small.
Jim did a very good job, my house heats so much better, especially my daughter room whose room was always cold with the previous boiler. Jim came back and gave my system a check and cleaning as well. I would recommend JP Heating and Cooling to any one in need of Heating and cooling help.

Jim and his assistant were great to work with and provided excellent customer service.
He provided a detailed quote, able to schedule me in quickly and arrived right on time. Jim explained the work that needed to be done and even helped with the National Fuel rebate information. I would use JP again and would highly recommend them.

In short, JP is great!
We will absolutely work with them again for any other HVAC issues. We requested a quote and JP was out 3 days later. They offered a variety of options to fit our needs and then were very responsive to our questions. After getting 3 other quotes, JP was cheaper AND offers a longer labor warranty than any of the other quotes.

Solid and honest company.
Called me back in less than an hour from an on line service request. Showed up within 15 minutes. Heater up and running in 15 minutes. Gave me the good news and bad news for a 20+ year old furnace. My go to for heating and cooling. Thanks again.

They performed a huge job at our home - installing air conditioning and venting in a 100 year old home.
Jim and Jim are true professionals. We barely knew they were here - always cleaning up after themselves and putting a lot of thought into how to make the system as least intrusive as possible. They were responsive and I trusted them in my home. I highly recommend JP Heating for anything from a service call to the installation of a new heat/AC system.

Great local family owned business.
They installed a new furnace and ac unit at my business last year including all duct work, and cutting all the holes for vents and air returns. Very responsive, professional, and fair prices.

Well we called for routine service and Jim was very kind fast reliable and turned a service call into a disaster averted thank God for Jim.
Apparently co2 was trapped in a back soot covered duct and was unable to escape through ventilation so he cleaned and repaired and now possible future crisis averted and he did this all in 1 day. Thank you again will definitely be calling again for any future problems or service calls.

I appreciated his honesty.
He didn’t try to upsell us, when others did. We darn near got our A/C replaced, but he did a tweak of the wires and treated it as a quote, so no charge, and no thousands of dollars to replace a unit he was familiar with and saw was running well.
